Start an Instant Meeting
- Launch a meeting instantly from the Room Management page without any prior setup.

Join as a Viewer
- Join an existing meeting as a viewer using the room link or access code.
- Enter your name and, if required, the access code to enter the room.
- Viewers can watch and participate without moderator privileges.
Meeting History
- The Meeting History page gives you a complete overview of every past and scheduled meeting in your account, so you can always find what you need without searching through emails or chat logs.
- Each entry shows the meeting name, date and time, duration, number of participants, room or access code and the current status (completed, upcoming, in progress or cancelled).
- You can open any meeting card to review its full details, including the list of attendees, moderator actions, shared notes and any recordings that were created.
- Use the search and filter options to quickly locate a meeting by name, date range or status. This is useful when you need to revisit a training session, follow up with attendees or verify attendance.
- If a meeting was recorded and the recording is still available, you can play it back directly from the history page or copy a secure share link for someone who missed the session.
- Recordings are kept based on your plan's retention policy; once they pass the retention limit they are no longer accessible, so download or share important recordings before they expire.
- From the history page you can also re-launch a recurring room, copy the invite link again, or jump to the related ticket if you reported an issue during that meeting.

Profile & Security
- Your Profile page is the central place to manage your personal information, account preferences and security settings.
- Update your first name, last name, email, phone number and address so your account details stay current and other participants can identify you correctly.
- Choose or upload an avatar to personalize your account. You can pick from preset avatars or upload your own image.
- Change your account password from the security section and keep it strong and unique to protect your meeting data.
- Switch between light and dark themes, or change the dashboard language to match your preference.
- Review your account type, username and basic account statistics from the Account card on the left side of the page.
- Keep your email verified and your profile picture appropriate, as this information may be visible to other meeting participants.
Plans & Subscriptions
- AlphaMeet offers five subscription tiers: Starter, Basic, Business, Professional and Enterprise. Each tier unlocks more attendees, longer meetings, more rooms and additional collaboration features.
- Starter is free forever for every registered user. It supports up to 25 attendees per meeting, 45 minutes per session, one room, basic room controls, HD audio/video, screen share and public/private chat.
- Basic is free for active Web3Hub members. It raises the limit to 100 attendees, 4-hour meetings, up to 5 rooms and adds a multi-user whiteboard, breakout rooms and interactive polls.
- Business is ideal for teams and workshops. It allows up to 200 attendees, unlimited duration and unlimited rooms, 30-day cloud recording, screen share with audio, advanced breakout rooms, quizzes and engagement analytics.
- Professional is built for advanced training and webinars. It supports up to 250 attendees, unlimited rooms, 90-day cloud recording, custom virtual backgrounds, an infinite whiteboard and exportable reports.
- Enterprise is the organization-wide suite. It supports up to 500 attendees, multi-team and organization-level management, 180-day recording retention, a centralized admin panel and dedicated 24/7 premium support.
- You can view your current plan, remaining days and billing details on the Subscription page. Monthly and annual billing cycles are available before confirming a purchase.
- Active paid subscriptions remain in effect until they expire. After expiry, normal users fall back to the free Starter plan.
Web3Hub Ranks & Discounts
- Active Web3Hub membership gives you extra AlphaMeet benefits, including a free baseline plan and additional discounts on paid plans.
- The Web3Hub rank system has 15 levels grouped into six tiers: Citizen (rank 1), Active (ranks 2–5: Agent to Senior Consultant), Influence (ranks 6–9: Supervisor to Senior Mentor), Team Leaders (ranks 10–12: Leader to Entrepreneur), Top Leaders (ranks 13–14: Top Leader & Ambassador) and Chairman (rank 15: CEO).
- Each rank group unlocks a free baseline plan: Citizen and Active ranks receive Basic; Influence ranks receive Business; Team Leaders, Top Leaders and Chairman receive Professional.
- Paid plans receive a two-stage discount. Stage 1 is the Web3Hub base discount: Business 50%, Professional 40% and Enterprise 30%. Stage 2 is a rank bonus added on top of the base discount.
- Rank bonuses are: Citizen 0%, Active 10%, Influence 20%, Team Leaders 30%, Top Leaders 40% and Chairman 50%.
- The final discount is the base discount plus the rank bonus, capped at 100%. The reduced price is shown on the Subscription page when you switch between monthly and annual billing.
- If you are an active Web3Hub member and your paid subscription expires, you automatically return to your rank-matched free baseline plan instead of Starter.
